The main seal of a slag discharge valve is a balanced gate seal, while an ordinary sealing surface is inclined. Ordinary slag discharge valves are prone to damage the sealing surface and leak, and their service life is irreplaceable. Ordinary gate valves use gates as opening and closing parts and move vertically along the axis of the valve seat to achieve opening and closing actions.
The wear-prone parts of the slag discharge gate valve body are made of anti-wear materials. The streamlined design of the outlet does not form slag during use, and can be controlled by electric or hydraulic methods.
It is suitable for use in the ash slurry discharge system pipeline of the thermal power plant water conservancy system and water conservancy project with a nominal pressure of PN1.6~6.4MPa and an operating temperature of 0~100℃. It cuts off or connects the ash-water mixture in the pipeline. The slag-water mixture is a professional valve independently developed and produced by our company for the ash removal system of coal-fired power plants. It can also be used for wear pipelines in mine washing pipelines, coal preparation systems, and chemical systems.
