Product Information
Due to the characteristics of casting itself, the manufacturing accuracy of the cast steel globe valve is high and its processing cost is low. In addition, it is integrally cast, so there is no weld stress concentration caused by welding. This valve has good sealing performance and long service life. At the same time, due to its simple structure, its maintenance is more convenient.
Compared with cast iron globe valve, the weight of the cast steel globe valve is light (about 1/3-1/4 of cast iron valve). For valves of the same specification, their quality is small and the price is low (only 1/2-1/3 of the cast iron gate or ductile iron gate), so it is more convenient to use. At the same time, because of its light weight, it can reduce the difficulty and cost of transportation and installation.
