What is the difference between the exhaust valve well and the mud valve well?

1. The two have different uses

1. The purpose of the exhaust valve well: In order to facilitate the opening and closing of part of the pipe network operation or maintenance work, the valves of the underground pipeline and underground pipeline (such as tap water, oil, natural gas pipeline, etc.) are set up in a pit (or well) similar to a small room.

2. The purpose of the mud valve well: The valves are installed and arranged in this pit, which is convenient for regular inspection, cleaning and dredging of pipelines to prevent pipeline blockage.

2. The composition classification of the two is different

1. The composition classification of the exhaust valve well: The composition classification of the exhaust valve well includes trace exhaust valve, compound exhaust valve, and sewage compound exhaust valve.

2. The composition classification of the mud valve well: The hydraulic control valve is a valve controlled by water pressure. The hydraulic control valve consists of a main valve and its attached conduit, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the purpose, function and location of use, it can be evolved into a remote-controlled float valve, a pressure reducing valve, a slow-closing check valve, a flow control valve, a pressure relief valve, a hydraulic electric control valve, a water pump control valve, etc.

3. Different requirements for the two

1. Requirements for exhaust valve wells: The connection between the valve well shaft and the well body and the well cover must be reliable, and water cannot seep into the well chamber due to heavy rain or water accumulation. The valve well is buried underground and must withstand different pressures from all directions, corrosion and damage from different chemical substances, and its pressure bearing capacity and acid and alkali corrosion resistance must be good.

2. Requirements for mud valve wells: The valve well itself cannot seep water, and its sealing must be guaranteed. When the pipeline of the valve well buried deep underground is slightly larger, cast iron valves (such as stop valves, butterfly valves, etc.) are generally used. Cast iron valves are soaked in water for a long time, which will affect their service life or cause fractures, so the requirements for sealing are higher.
