2. Be careful to prevent the cover of the damage parts when decomposing and reassembling, especially the non -metal parts. Special tools should be used when taking out O -type circles.
3. New parts need to be cleaned before assembly.
4. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts, and working medium (such as gas) in high -temperature and high -pressure valves. When the working medium is gas, you can clean the metal parts with gasoline (GB484-89). Non -metal parts are cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
5. During assembly, there should be no metal debris, fiber, oil (except the specified) dust and other impurities, foreign matter such as pollution, adhesion or staying on the surface of the part or entering the inner cavity.
6. The decomposed single parts can be cleaned by immersion. The metal parts of the non -decomposed non -metal parts can be scrubbed with clean and finely immersed silk cloth (to avoid fibrous fibrous shedding and adheres to parts). When cleaning, all the oil, dirt, stagnation, dust, etc. that adhere to the wall must be removed.
7. Non -metal parts should be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and it must not be soaked for a long time.
8. The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly.
9. After cleaning, it is necessary to be equipped with the Washing agent (you can use the silk cloth that is not immersed in the washing agent). For long -term shelving, it will rust and be polluted by dust.
10. It is necessary to find out that the upstream and lower reaches of the high temperature and high pressure valve must be removed after the pressure is removed before the disassembly and decomposition can be performed.
