Product Information

The opening and closing part of the stainless steel pressure seal gate valve is the ram. The movement direction of the ram is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. Its valve body, bonnet, gate plate and gate rod are made of stainless steel materials, including CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, etc. The sealing surface of the valve seat is polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel+cemented carbide or hardfacing cemented carbide, and the filler generally adopts cemented carbide, polytetrafluoroethylene, asbestos graphite or flexible graphite.

Features

The stainless steel pressure seal gate valve adopts austenitic stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acid medium. When the medium flows through the stainless steel gate valve, it does not change its flow direction, and the fluid resistance is small. The movement direction of the ram is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, the opening and closing torque is small, and the opening and closing are relatively labor-saving. Its ram is vertically placed in the valve body, with a short structure length. Moreover, the sealing performance of the gate valve is good, and the sealing surface is less eroded when it is fully opened.
