1. First of all, according to the elevation required for design and installation, mark the vertical center line of the water outlet and the elevation line at the bottom of the gate valve on the wall of the water outlet. The deviation value is not more than 10 mm. Check whether the center of the hoisting hole of the gate valve body is aligned with the bearing hole reserved for the hoist.
2. Then, lift the gate valve into place, stable and reliable;
3. Then hang the gate valve close to the wall, adjust the levelness and verticality of the gate valve body, and connect the gate valve frame with the pre-embedded steel plate. Effective sealing measures should be taken during the secondary pouring to ensure that there is no leakage inside the gate valve frame and structure.
4. Install the gate valve thrust screw and hoist base. The horizontality and verticality of the installation should meet the design requirements. The center of the hoist and the center of the screw hole of the gate valve should be in the same vertical position, the deviation of the verticality should not be greater than 1/1000, and the deviation in the whole process should be less than 2mm. The thrust screw connecting the gate valve is based on the door end of the gate valve thrust screw plate. After the thrust screw of the gate valve is adjusted vertically, the hoist base should be fixed, and the hoist base should be padded with pad iron. After that, the secondary concrete pouring of the gate valve and hoist can be carried out.

5. Inspection of gate valve:
After the gate valve is installed, check whether the installation accuracy meets the installation requirements and whether the fastener connection is firm; the grease in the hoist should be checked and filled;
Carry out the opening and closing test of the gate valve in the absence of water, so that the operation is flexible, the action is in place, the screw is tightened smoothly, and the door panel is free from jams, sudden jumps, abnormal noises, etc.;
