Check valve manufacturers talk about the more common faults
1. The valve disc is damaged. The reason that the valve office is broken is: its front and rear medium pressures are in a state of close to balance and saw each other, the valve office often beats with the valve seat, and the valve office made of some brittle materials (such as cast iron, brass, etc.) was broken.
The preventive method is to use a check valve with the valve office as a ductile material. The reasons for the backflow of the medium are as follows:
1. The sealing surface is damaged.
2. Contains impurities. Repairing the sealing surfaces and removing impurities can prevent backflow.
The seat of the lift check valve is located on the sealing surface of the seat on the valve body. Except for the disc, which can be raised and lowered freely, the rest of the valves are like globe valves. Fluid pressure lifts the disc from the sealing surface of the seat. The backflow of the medium causes the disc to fall back to the seat and shut off the flow. Depending on the conditions of use, the disc can be an all-metal structure, or it can be in the form of a rubber pad or rubber ring embedded in the disc holder.
